Steps
  1. Activate Cauldron Familiar by sacrificing another artifact, which is a Food due to Gourmand's Talent.
  2. Nuka-Cola Vending Machine triggers, creating a tapped Treasure token.
  3. Resolve the Cauldron Familiar ability, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  4. When Cauldron Familiar enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life.
  5. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Cauldron Familiar, causing target player to mill cards equal to Cauldron Familiar's power.
  6. Repeat.
