Steps
  1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing any other creature.
  2. The creature dies, triggering Liliana, causing you to draw a card.
  3. The Locust God triggers, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token.
  4. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the sacrificed creature's power.
  5. Repeat.
