How does this combo work?

2 | Cast the permanent from your graveyard for its mayhem cost by paying  due to Green Goblin. |
3 | Hullbreaker Horror trigger, returning another nonland permaennt that costs 2 or less from the battlefield to your hand. |
4 | Resolve the spell from step 2. |
5 | Repeat. |
