- Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing the creature with Reins of the Vinesteed attached.
- The creature dies, triggering Reins of the Vinesteed, returning Reins of the Vinesteed from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to a Spirit.
- Reins of the Vinesteed enters the battlefield, triggering Chishiro, creating a 2/2 Spirit token.
- Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the Spirit's power.
- Repeat from step 3.
