How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Kobolds of Kher Keep, adding . |
2 | When Kobolds of Kher Keep dies, Nim Deathmantle triggers, choose not to pay for the trigger. |
3 | Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Ruxa, adding . |
4 | When Ruxa dies, Nim Deathmantle triggers, causing you to pay  to return Ruxa from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it. |
5 | When Ruxa enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers, returning Kobolds of Kher Keep to your hand from your graveyard. |
