How does this combo work?

2 | Resolve the Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger, untapping it. |
3 | Holding priority, activate Stone-Seeder Hierophant by tapping it, untapping Gruul Turf |
4 | Activate Gruul Turf by tapping it, adding . |
5 | Resolve the Gruul Turf trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand. |
6 | Resolve the Springheart Nantuko trigger, causing you to pay to create a token copy of Icetill Explorer. |
7 | Because of the additional Icetill Explorer token, you can play an additional land this turn. |
8 | Repeat. |
