How does this combo work?

Activate Sol Ring by tapping it, adding .

Activate The Chain Veil by paying 4 and tapping it, allowing an extra activation of your planeswalkers' loyalty abilities this turn.

Activate Kiora's loyalty ability twice by removing two loyalty counters from it, untapping Sol Ring and Isochron Scepter.

Activate Sol Ring by tapping it, adding .

Activate Isochron Scepter by paying 2 and tapping it, casting a copy of the exiled card without paying its mana cost.
