Experiment Kraj must be on the battlefield. Simic Ascendancy must be on the battlefield. Pili-Pala must be on the battlefield. Crystalline Crawler must be on the battlefield. Experiment Kraj does not have summoning sickness. Crystalline Crawler has at least one +1/+1 counter on it. Mana needed:

Steps

1. Activate Kraj by tapping it, putting a +1/+1 counter on Pili-Pala.
2. Simic Ascendancy triggers, putting a growth counter on itself.
3. Activate Kraj using Pili-Pala's ability by paying and untapping Kraj, adding .
4. Activate Kraj using its own ability by tapping it, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself.
5. Simic Ascendancy triggers, putting a growth counter on itself.
6. Activate Kraj using Crystalline Crawler's first ability by removing a +1/+1 counter from Kraj, adding .
7. Repeat from step 3 an arbitrarily large number of times.
8. At the beginning of your next upkeep, Simic Ascendancy triggers, causing you to win the game.
