Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Gaea's Cradle by tapping it, adding at least eight . |
2 | Activate Talon Gates of Madara by paying  , putting it from your hand onto the battlefield. |
3 | When Talon Gates of Madara enters, it and Cloudstone Curio trigger. |
4 | Resolve the Talon Gates of Madara trigger, optionally phasing out a creature. |
5 | Resolve the Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning Gaea's Cradle from the battlefield to your hand. |
6 | Activate Talon Gates of Madara's second ability by paying  and tapping it, adding . |
7 | Activate Gretchen by paying  , causing you to draw a card and put Gaea's Cradle from your hand onto the battlefield. |
8 | When Gaea's Cradle enters, Cloudstone Curio triggers, returning Talon Gates of Madara from the battlefield to your hand. |
9 | Repeat. |
