Steps

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Progenitor Mimic triggers.
2. Holding priority, activate Strionic Resonator by paying and tapping it, copying Progenitor Mimic's trigger.
3. Resolve both triggers, creating two token copies of Biovisionary.
4. At the beginning of your end step, each Biovisionary triggers.
5. Resolve the first trigger, causing you to win the game.
