How does this combo work?

2 | Activate Llanowar Scout by tapping it, putting Mystic Sanctuary from your hand onto the battlefield. |
3 | When Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield, it and Aesi trigger. |
4 | Resolve the Mystic Sanctuary trigger, putting Tidal Bore on top of your library from your graveyard. |
5 | Resolve the Aesi trigger, causing you to draw Tidal Bore from the top of your library. |
6 | Activate Mystic Sanctuary by tapping it, adding . |
