How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Gwenna by tapping it, adding that can only be spent to cast creature spells or to activate abilities of creatures. |
2 | Cast Primeval Protector by paying at most  . |
3 | Brinelin and Gwenna trigger. |
4 | Resolve the Brinelin trigger, returning Sailors' Bane from the battlefield to your hand. |
5 | Resolve the Gwenna trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and untapping it. |
6 | When Primeval Protector enters, it triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on each other creature you control. |
7 | Activate Gwenna by tapping it, adding that can only be spent to cast creature spells or to activate abilities of creatures. |
8 | Cast Sailors' Bane by paying . |
9 | Brinelin and Gwenna trigger. |
10 | Resolve the Brinelin trigger, returning Primeval Protector from the battlefield to your hand. |
