Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate five lands by tapping them, adding at least . |
2 | Activate Meloku five times by paying and returning the five lands from the battlefield to your hand, creating five 1/1 Illusion creature tokens. |
3 | Activate Phyrexian Altar four times by sacrificing four Illusions, adding  . |
4 | Cast Journey to the Oracle either from your hand or from the command zone by paying and commander tax, if applicable. |
5 | Archmage Emeritus triggers, causing you to draw a card. |
6 | Resolve Journey to the Oracle, putting at least five lands from your hand onto the battlefield, then causing you to discard a card and Journey to the Oracle to your hand. |
7 | Repeat. |
