How does this combo work?
1 | Activate up to two lands by tapping them, adding at least . |
2 | Cast Illusionist's Stratagem by paying  , blinking Eternal Witness and Cloud of Faeries and causing you to draw a card. |
3 | When Eternal Witness and Cloud of Faeries enter the battlefield, their abilities trigger twice each. |
