Steps
  1. Cast Tidal Bore by returning Mystic Sanctuary from the battlefield to your hand, untapping Scaled Herbalist.
  2. Activate Scaled Herbalist by tapping it, putting Mystic Sanctuary from your hand onto the battlefield.
  3. Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield untapped, triggering itself and Aesi.
  4. Resolve the Mystic Sanctuary trigger, returning Tidal Bore from your graveyard to the top of your library.
  5. Resolve the Aesi trigger, causing you to draw Tidal Bore from the top of your library.
  6. Activate Mystic Sanctuary by tapping it, adding .
  7. Repeat.
