Valley Floodcaller must be on the battlefield. Sensei's Divining Top must be on the battlefield, or in the library. Birds of Paradise must be on the battlefield. Mystic Forge must be on the battlefield. Birds of Paradise does not have summoning sickness.
Steps
  1. Activate Birds of Paradise by tapping it, adding 1.
  2. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield onto the top of your library.
  3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
  4. Valley Floodcaller triggers, giving Birds, Otters, Frogs and Rats you control +1/+1 until end of turn and untapping them.
  5. Repeat.
Results
Infinite card draw. Infinite draw triggers. Near-infinite storm count. Near-infinitely large Birds, Otters, Rats and Frogs you control until end of turn. Near-infinite untap of Birds, Otters, Rats and Frogs you control.
