Steps

1. Cast Chandra's Ignition by paying .
2. Holding priority, cast Fork by paying , creating a copy of Chandra's Ignition.
3. Kalamax first and second abilities triggers.
4. Resolve the first ability, creating a copy of Fork.
5. Resolve the second ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself.
6. Resolve the Fork copy, creating a copy of Fork.
7. Repeat from step 3.
8. Once you have infinite copies of Fork and arbitrarily large Kalamax, you may resolve Chandra's Ignition, dealing infinite damage to each other creature and each opponent.
