Steps

1. Cast Cackling Counterpart by paying , targeting Biovisionary.
2. Holding priority, cast Increasing Vengeance from your graveyard for its flashback cost by paying , copying Cackling Counterpart twice, with both copies targeting Biovisionary.
3. Resolve all Cackling Counterparts, creating three token copies of Biovisionary.
4. At the beginning of your end step, each Biovisionary triggers.
5. Resolve the first trigger, causing you to win the game.
