How does this combo work?

2 | When Izzet Boilerworks enters the battlefield, it, Retreat to Coralhelm and Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger |
3 | Resolve the Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger, untapping it. |
4 | Holding priority, activate Stone-Seeder Hierophant by tapping it, untapping Izzet Boilerworks. |
5 | Activate Izzet Boilerworks by tapping it, adding . |
6 | Resolve the Izzet Boilerworks trigger from step 2, returning it from the battlefield to your hand. |
7 | Resolve the Retreat to Coralhelm trigger, untapping Zimone. |
