Flubs, the Fool must be on the battlefield. Words of Wind must be on the battlefield. Mana Vault must be on the battlefield.
Steps
  1. Activate Mana Vault by tapping it, adding
  2. Activate Words of Wind by paying 1.
  3. Cast the artifact in your hand by paying its mana cost.
  4. Flubs triggers, causing you to return Mana Vault from the battlefield to your hand, and causing each opponent to return a permanent they control from the battlefield to their hand due to Words of Wind.
  5. Activate Words of Wind by paying 1.
  6. Cast Mana Vault by paying its mana cost.
  7. Flubs triggers, causing you to return the artifact cast in step 3 from the battlefield to your hand, and causing each opponent to return a permanent they control from the battlefield to their hand due to Words of Wind.
  8. Repeat.
Results
Infinite storm count. Return all permanents opponents control to their owner's hand. Infinite colorless mana.
