Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Rograkh from your hand or the command zone by paying  plus commander tax, if applicable. |
2 | Rograkh enters the battlefield, triggering Cloudstone Curio and Omnath's second ability. |
3 | Resolve the Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning nothing from the battlefield to your hand. |
4 | Resolve the Omnath trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on an Elemental you control and drawing a card. |
5 | The Locust God triggers, creating a 1/1 Insect creture token with flying and haste. |
6 | The Insect enters the battlefield, triggering Cloudstone Curio, returning Rograkh from the battlefield to your hand. |
7 | Repeat. |
