Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate the land's cycling ability by paying  due to Fluctuator and discarding it. |
2 | When you cycle the land, Escape Protocol and Surly Badgersaur trigger. |
3 | Resolve Surly Badgersaur's ability, creating a Treasure token. |
4 | Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding (1). |
5 | Resolve Escape Protocol's ability, paying  to blink Skullwinder. |
6 | When Skullwinder enters, it triggers, returning the cycled land from your graveyard to your hand and allowing an opponent to return a card from their graveyard to their hand. |
7 | Resolve the activated ability from step 1, drawing a card. |
