Steps

1. Activate a basic Plains by tapping it, adding .
2. Activate Custodi Soulbinders by paying and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating a 1/1 Spirit creature token.
3. The Spirit enters the battlefield, triggering Cathars' Crusade, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
4. Activate Earthcraft by tapping the Spirit token, untapping a basic Plains.
5. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Spirit, adding .
6. Repeat.
