There is at least one additional artifact on the battlefield. One of the self-sacrificing artifacts must be in your hand, with the other in your graveyard.
Steps
  1. Cast the self-sacrificing artifact in your hand by paying 0.
  2. Ms. Bumbleflower triggers, causing an opponent to draw a card, and then putting a +1/+1 counter on Evolution Witness.
  3. Evolution Witness triggers, returning the self-sacrificing artifact from your graveyard to your hand.
  4. Activate the self-sacrificing artifact cast in step 1 by sacrificing it, and paying other costs if necessary.
  5. Repeat.
