Steps

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Second Chance triggers, causing you to sacrifice it and take an extra turn after this one.
2. Play Simic Growth Chamber from your hand.
3. Simic Growth Chamber enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Emeria Shepherd.
4. Resolve the Simic Growth Chamber trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
5. Resolve the Emeria Shepherd trigger, returning Second Chance from your graveyard to your hand.
6. Cast Second Chance by paying .
7. Repeat each turn.
