Requires

Storvald, Frost Giant Jarl must be in hand, or in the command zone. Evra, Halcyon Witness must be on the battlefield. Near-Death Experience must be on the battlefield. Leyline of Anticipation must be on the battlefield. Mana needed: plus enough mana to pay for commander tax, if applicable

Steps

1. On the end step prior to your turn, cast Strovald by paying and commander tax, if applicable.
2. When Storvald enters the battlefield, it triggers, giving Evra base power and toughness 1/1 until end of turn.
3. Activate Evra by paying , causing your life total to become one.
4. At the beginning of your upkeep, Near-Death Experience triggers, causing you to win the game.
