How does this combo work?
1
Activate the land by tapping it, adding at least 1.
2
Activate Meloku by paying 1 and returning the land to your hand, creating a 1/1 Illusion creature token.
3
The Illusion enters the battlefield, triggering Intruder Alarm, untapping all creatures.
4
Activate Murasa Rootgrazer's first ability by tapping it, putting the land from your hand onto the battlefield.
5
Repeat.
