| Selesnya Sanctuary in hand. | |
| All other permanents on the battlefield (Chulane without summoning sickness on the battlefield). | |
| Stone-Seeder Hierophant does not have summoning sickness. You have a creature card in hand that can be cast using three in any combination of and/or , and have the mana to cast it. |
Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Cast the creature in your hand by paying its mana cost. |
2 | Chulane triggers, causing you to draw a card and put Selesnya Sanctuary from your hand onto the battlefield. |
3 | When Selesnya Sanctuary enters, it, Stone-Seeder Hierophant and Retreat to Coralhelm trigger. |
4 | Resolve the Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger, untapping it. |
5 | Holding priority, activate Stone-Seeder Hierophant by tapping it, untapping Selesnya Sanctuary. |
6 | Activate Selesnya Sanctuary by tapping it, adding due to Nyxbloom Ancient. |
7 | Resolve the Selesnya Sanctuary trigger, returning it from your hand to the battlefield. |
8 | Resolve the Retreat to Coralhelm trigger, untapping Chulane. |
9 | Resolve the creature spell cast in step 1. |
10 | Activate Chulane by paying  and tapping it, returning the creature from the battlefield to your hand. |
11 | Repeat. |
