Steps

1. Activate Emiel by paying , blinking Rasputin.
2. Rasputin enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Suture Priest's first ability.
3. Resolve the Suture Priest trigger, causing you to gain 1 life.
4. Resolve the Rasputin trigger, putting at least three dream counters on itself and causing each opponent to create a 1/1 Goblin creature token.
5. The Goblins enter the battlefield, triggering Suture Priest's second ability three times.
6. Holding priority, activate Rasputin's first ability by tapping it and removing three dream counters from it, adding .
7. Repeat.
8. Resolve all Suture Priest triggers, causing each opponent to lose infinite life.
