How does this combo work?

2 | Rafiq's first and second abilities trigger. |
3 | Resolve the first Rafiq trigger, giving your commander +1/+1 until end of turn. |
4 | Resolve the second Rafiq trigger, giving your commander double strike until end of turn. |
5 | Deal combat damage to an opponent using your commander, causing at least twenty-two damage to be dealt. |
6 | The opponent loses the game due to being dealt twenty-one or more damage by your commander. |
