Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Cast the self-sacrificing artifact in your hand by paying  . |
2 | Ms. Bumbleflower triggers, causing an opponent to draw a card, and then putting a +1/+1 counter on Evolution Witness. |
3 | Evolution Witness triggers, returning the self-sacrificing artifact from your graveyard to your hand. |
4 | Activate the self-sacrificing artifact cast in step 1 by sacrificing it, and paying other costs if necessary. |
5 | Repeat. |
