Steps

1. Cast Kodama of the East Tree by paying .
2. Holding priority, cast Double Major by paying , copying the Kodama of the East Tree spell, with the copy not being legendary.
3. Resolve both Kodama of the East Tree spells.
4. Play Orzhov Basilica.
5. Both Kodama of the East Trees and Orzhov Basilica trigger.
6. Resolve the token Kodama of the East Tree trigger, choosing not to put anything from your hand onto the battlefield.
7. Resolve the Orzhov Basilica trigger, returning it to your hand from the battlefield.
8. Resolve the nontoken Kodama of the East Tree trigger, putting Orzhov Basilica from your hand onto the battlefield.
9. The token Kodama of the East Tree and Orzhov Basilica trigger.
10. Resolve the Orzhov Basilica trigger, returning it to your hand from the battlefield.
11. Resolve the token Kodama of the East Tree trigger, putting Orzhov Basilica from your hand onto the battlefield.
