Steps

1. Activate Patron of the Moon by paying , putting Orzhov Basilica from your hand onto the battlefield tapped.
2. When Orzhov Basilica enters the battlefield, it and Lotus Cobra trigger.
3. Resolve the Orzhov Basilica trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
4. Resolve the Lotus Cobra trigger, adding .
5. Repeat.
