Steps

1. Cast Irenicus's Vile Duplication by paying , creating a token copy of Kodama of the East Tree that isn't legendary.
2. Play Boros Garrison.
3. Kodama of the East Tree, the Kodama of the East Tree token, and Boros Garrison trigger.
4. Resolve the Kodama of the East Tree token's trigger, choosing not to put anything from your hand onto the battlefield.
5. Resolve the Boros Garrison trigger, returning it to your hand.
6. Resolve the Kodama of the East Tree trigger, putting Boros Garrison onto the battlefield.
7. The Kodama of the East Tree token and Boros Garrison trigger.
8. Resolve the Boros Garrison trigger, returning it to your hand.
9. Resolve the Kodama of the East Tree token's trigger, putting Boros Garrison onto the battlefield.
