Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Chromatic Orrery's first ability by tapping it, adding  . |
2 | Cast Petals of Insight by paying at most  . |
3 | If you have less than five experience counters, Mizzix triggers, causing you to get an experience counter. |
4 | Holding priority, activate Psychic Puppetry's splice ability by paying  and revealing it from your hand, adding Psychic Puppetry's effects to Petals of Insight. |
5 | Resolve Petals of Insight, looking at the top three cards of your library, putting them on the bottom of your library, untapping Chromatic Orrery, and returning Petals of Insight to your hand. |
6 | Repeat. |
7 | Once you have a large amount of mana, you may instead use Chromatic Orrery's second ability to draw infinite cards. |
