How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Frenetic Efreet by paying  an arbitrarily large number of times. |
2 | Resolve all Frenetic Efreet abilities. Each coin flip you win, Okaun triggers, doubling its power and toughness. |
3 | Cast Soul Immolation by paying and choosing to blight an arbitrarily large number, dealing that much damage to each opponent and creature they control. |
