How does this combo work?

3 | Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping a mana-producing permanent. |
4 | Activate the permanent by tapping it, adding at least  . |
5 | Repeat from step 3 one additional time if you don't have or more in your mana pool. |
