3 | Niv-Mizzet triggers, dealing 1 damage to an opponent. |
4 | Malcom triggers, creating a Treasure token. |
5 | When the Treasure enters the battlefield, Quicksmith Genius triggers, causing you to loot. |
6 | Repeat from step 3. |
