How does this combo work?

3 | Sevinne, the Chronoclasm's ability triggers copying Increasing Vengeance. |
4 | Copy the original Increasing Vengeance. |
5 | Repeat. |
6 | For each copy made Ral, Storm Conduit will trigger dealing 1 damage to an opponent. |
