How does this combo work?

2 | Deal combat damage using Brago, triggering its ability, blinking Ardent Elementalist. |
3 | When Ardent Elementalist enters, it triggers, returning Cyclonic Rift from your graveyard to your hand. |
4 | Repeat each turn. |
