Prossh, Skyraider of Kher must be in the command zone. Phyrexian Altar must be on the battlefield. Primal Vigor must be on the battlefield. Prossh, Skyraider of Kher must be your commander. Mana needed: 3 plus enough mana to pay for commander tax, if applicable
Steps
  1. Cast Prossh from the command zone by paying 3 and commander tax, if applicable.
  2. Prossh triggers, creating a number of 0/1 Kobolds of Kher Keep creature tokens equal to twice the amount of mana spent to cast Prossh.
  3. Activate Phyrexian Altar three times by sacrificing Prossh and two Kobolds, adding .
  4. Choose to return Prossh to the command zone from your graveyard.
  5. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing a Kobold, adding 1.
  6. Repeat step 5 until you have enough mana to cast Prossh.
  7. Repeat from step 1.
