Steps

1. Activate Ulasht by paying and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token.
2. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Saproling, adding .
3. The Saproling dies, triggering Slimefoot, dealing 1 damage to each opponent and causing you to gain 1 life.
4. Lisette triggers, causing you to pay to put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
5. Repeat.
