How does this combo work?

2 | Smaug and Wrathful Red Dragon trigger. |
3 | Resolve the Smaug trigger, creating at least one Treasure token. |
4 | Resolve the Wrathful Red Dragon trigger, causing Smaug to deal damage to any non-Dragon target. |
5 | Guilty Conscience triggers, dealing damage to Smaug. |
6 | Repeat from step 2. |
