How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Orzhov Racketeers, adding . |
2 | When Orzhov Racketeers dies, its afterlife ability and Nim Deathmantle trigger. |
3 | Resolve the Orzhov Racketeers trigger, creating two 1/1 Spirit creature tokens. |
4 | Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a Spirit, adding . |
5 | Resolve the Nim Deathmantle trigger from step 2, causing you to pay  to return Orzhov Racketeers from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it. |
6 | Repeat. |
