How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Marionette Apprentice, adding . |
2 | When Marionette Apprentice dies, Nim Deathmantle triggers, causing you to pay  to return Marionette Apprentice from your graveyard to the battlefield and attach Nim Deathmantle to it. |
3 | When Marionette Apprentice enters, it triggers, creating a creature token. |
4 | Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a creature token, adding . |
5 | When the creature token dies, Marionette Apprentice triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life. |
