Out of the Tombs must be on the battlefield. Canoptek Spyder must be on the battlefield. Necron Deathmark must be in the graveyard. Leveler must be in hand. Mana needed:

Steps

1. Cast Leveler by paying
2. When Leveler enters the battlefield, it and Canoptek Spyder trigger.
3. Resolve Leveler's ability, exiling your library.
4. Resolve Canoptek Spyder's trigger, returning Necron Deathmark from your graveyard to the battlefield with Out of the Tombs instead of drawing a card.
5. When Necron Deathmark enters the battlefield, it and Canoptek Spyder trigger.
6. Resolve Necron Deathmark's ability, destroying itself and causing target player to mill three cards.
7. Repeat from step 4.
