Phylactery Lich
Assault Suit
Prerequisites
What do I need to start this combo?
| Phylactery Lich and Assault Suit on the battlefield. | |
| Assault Suit attached to Phylactery Lich. A player does not control a permanent with a phylactery counter on it. |
Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | If needed, give control of Phylactery Lich to an opponent who controls no permanents with a phylactery counter on them. |
2 | When Phylactery Lich's controller controls no permanents with a phylactery counter on them, Phylactery Lich triggers, causing them to sacrifice it. |
3 | However, Phylactery Lich cannot be sacrificed due to Assault Suit. |
4 | Phylactery Lich triggers again, creating a mandatory infinite loop that causes the game to end in a draw. |
