Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Champion of the Weird by paying 1 life and putting two -1/-1 counters on Sightless Ghoul. |
2 | Sightless Ghoul dies due to having 0 toughness, triggering its undying ability and Vein Ripper |
3 | Resolve the Vein Ripper trigger, causing you to gain 2 life and causing an opponent to lose 2 life. |
4 | Resolve the Sightless Ghoul trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it. |
5 | Resolve the Champion of the Weird ability from step 1, causing an opponent to blight 2. |
6 | Activate Champion of the Weird by paying 1 life and putting two -1/-1 counters on Sightless Ghoul, causing an opponent to blight 2. |
7 | Repeat. |
