Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Temporal Extortion by paying . |
2 | Temporal Extortion and Mirari trigger. |
3 | Resolve the Mirari trigger, paying  and copying Temporal Extortion. |
4 | Resolve the Temporal Extortion copy, causing you to take an extra turn after this one. |
5 | Resolve the Temporal Extortion trigger, allowing any player to pay half their life to counter the spell. |
6 | If no one does, resolve Temporal Extortion, causing you to take an extra turn after this one. |
7 | Activate Canal Dredger by tapping it, putting Temporal Extortion on the bottom of your library. |
8 | Declare Varragoth as an attacker. |
9 | Pay  to activate Varragoth, searching your library for Temporal Extortion and putting it on top. |
10 | Repeat each turn. |
