How does this combo work?

2 | During the opponent's turn prior to yours, after the untap step would occur, activate Keeper of the Nine Gales by tapping it and two other Birds you control, returning Stasis from the battlefield to your hand. |
3 | During your turn, cast Stasis by paying . |
4 | Repeat. |
